We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
In-stock items will be shipped next business day. As for pre-order items, please add production time to the shipping time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept requests for exchange or return within 7 days after you receive your order. Please login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Returned packages must be postmarked within 3 days after starting the return process.
For exchange request, please send us an email with subject “Exchange order#”. We will email you a coupon code for free shipping for your exchange. Only one coupon code can be issued per order.
For returns, please expect your refund within 10 business days of us receiving the items back.
Please pack the sandals in their shoe boxes as you received them, and place them in a cardboard shipping box. Items damaged during return shipment due to negligent packing will not be accepted.
Please let us know if your order does not arrive within 14 days from the day the items were shipped.
